Chris qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and worked in London, Exeter and Truro for the District Valuer and Valuation
Office undertaking a mixture of Local Authority management and professional work, rating and Capital Taxation valuations. Chris
moved in to the Private Sector in Truro in 1990 prior to establishing Charterwood in 1993. Chris is involved with commercial
agency work, property management, rent reviews and lease renewals, rating and valuations for a range of Private and Public Sector
clients.
Chris played rugby for Truro for many years, being one of only a few being awarded the 200 1st team games tie. On realising
he would not make the Welsh team he retired gracefully and now plays tennis for Truro, whilst eating his way around the many
fine restaurants of Cornwall (and beyond).
