St Ives 2018 Update
St Ives saw new leases agreed on premises on Trenwith Terrace and also 54 Fore Street to a regional retailer.
Lease assignments and lease renewals were completed on premises situated on The Wharf and Fore Street.
St Ives continues to be one of the busiest resorts in the south west with the market remaining buoyant. Substantial interest in both leasehold and freehold opportunities remains strong. |
